JB Gill has revealed his grueling workout regime on Strictly Come Dancing is benefiting his love life with wife Chloe.
The JLS singer, 37, has been tearing up the dance floor with his professional dance partner Amy Dowden on this year’s series.
The hitmaker told how his partner, whom he married in 2014 after six years of dating, loves the changes to his body that the show has brought.
talking to the sunsaid: ‘The six-pack is coming! I’ve definitely lost a lot of weight and we’re not even halfway there yet.
‘I think Chloe loves it too. The other day he said to me, ‘Can you talk to Costume and take out his arms because they look good?’ I’m not used to these praises being thrown around.

When asked if his new exercise regimen had livened things up in the bedroom, JB said, “You know, I’m here for it.” Now I’ll have to listen to my wife and take out my weapons. I also need to keep her happy.
Despite their hard work, JB and Amy placed in the bottom two last weekend alongside Paul Merson and Karen Hauer, but were saved by the judges at the dance.
Being at risk of elimination was “heartbreaking” for JB, given that he and Amy had earned a respectable score of 30 on their routine that week.
When asked by presenter Tess Daly about his time on the show, Paul said: “It’s been really good.” To anyone I talk to, I would say you have to go on this show. It’s amazing, for everyone.

‘It’s been incredible, honestly, incredible. I loved every minute, I have had a great teacher.
“She’s been incredible, absolutely incredible and I couldn’t wish for a better coach.” I have loved every minute.
‘Now I can dance. I have won because I can dance, before I couldn’t dance and now I can half dance. “It’s an advantage, an absolute advantage.”

Karen then sweetly added: ‘Absolutely, you’ve been a pleasure. I have never laughed so much. My abs are very tight now.
‘I’m very proud of you. Every week you’ve shown up, you’ve gotten better.
“You are Strictly and I want to thank you for bringing so much joy and showing everyone that it’s possible with a little work and a lot of laughter.”
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.30pm on BBC One.
