While seeking spousal support, Lesley wants the court to “terminate David’s right to collect any support” and for him to pay her “legal fees in the case.”

As for her community property, In Touch noted that Lesley said that “several community property assets, the full extent, nature and location are currently unknown at this time.”

In response to Lesley’s request, David questioned the date of their separation.

She claimed they broke up on September 17, not September 8 as she had said.

He also wants joint legal and physical custody of their daughter and for ‘Lesley to receive spousal support under the terms of their prenuptial agreement.’

According to their prenuptial agreement, he is willing to pay Lesley $10,000 a month.

She noted that their prenuptial agreement, which the two signed on Oct. 9, 2020, “covers all assets and debts.”

David also asked the court to require Lesley to pay her own legal fees.

In court documents obtained by In Touch on Thursday, Lesley filed to end their nearly four-year marriage due to “irreconcilable differences” on Sept. 17.

Lesley’s divorce petition was filed days after she was granted a temporary restraining order against David, whom she accused of being verbally abusive and creating a “hostile environment for her and her children.”

Lesley shares her two oldest children with a man named Eriks.

She claims that on September 9, David “stormed off” when his ex went to pick up their children and shouted “obscenities” at him.

“All the children were present and witnessed David’s behaviour towards Eriks. It was very frightening. I recorded the whole incident and will be handing the videos over to the court,” Lesley said.

She continued: ‘After this incident I received around 59 harassing text messages from (David) in a row telling me that ‘I was having sex with him’, ‘I should go have sex with him’ and accusing me of all sorts of things that could never be possible. (David) really needs help. He goes into an obsessive mania state.’

David has vehemently denied his ex-wife’s allegations of abuse.

“Lesley constantly tells me that I’m abusive when I disagree with her or make my opinions known. She has a habit of texting me constantly for hours, trying to get a reaction out of me. I think Lesley is angry that I took away her unlimited spending ability on her credit cards over the weekend,” he claimed.

He went on to accuse Lesley of trying to extort him and insisted that she is “upset because” he “cancelled her unlimited spending credit card.”

“I’m under no obligation to support her lifestyle,” he said. “Lesley will make up whatever story she needs to in the right circumstances to get what she wants.”

Ultimately, a judge granted Lesley a temporary restraining order against David, requiring him to “stay 100 yards away and out of her home until a hearing next month.”

David was previously married to Shannon Beador from 2000 to 2019.

The couple share daughters Sophie, 22, and twins Stella and Adeline, 19.

In 2023, David previously filed for divorce from Lesley.

The former reality star cited “irreconcilable differences” between the celebrities as the reason for the filing and interestingly listed the date of separation as September 15, which was the same date as the divorce filing.

David and Lesley tied the knot in October 2020 and welcomed their little girl just four months later.

Following the initial court filing in September 2023, Lesley claimed she was filing for divorce after he had dismissed his, but hers was ultimately dismissed as well.
