You’d be forgiven for thinking that super-fit model Rebecca Judd follows a very strict diet.
But the mother-of-four seems pretty relaxed when it comes to food and indulged in a variety of meals during a luxurious vacation with husband Chris Judd.
The AFL WAG, 41, showed off her svelte figure in a video shared on Instagram as she revealed her “day in the life” during her stay at Bawah Reserve, a private island resort in Indonesia.
In the video, Rebecca revealed that she starts her day with a cup of coffee before heading to a yoga class.
He then had a long macchiato and enjoyed an omelette for breakfast.
After her swim, Rebecca had a delicious crispy fish burger for lunch before heading off for a one-hour massage and ginger tea.
The couple then went snorkelling before returning to the resort and preparing for another meal.
For dinner, Rebecca had gnocchi while her husband Chris opted for shrimp and lamb shanks.

The couple took a seaplane to reach the property, where a single night’s stay costs up to $4,700.
The resort features exclusive overwater bungalows with incredible sea views on all sides.
“We’ve been gone two nights, but it feels like two weeks without kids,” she said in the caption of her Instagram Stories post last Tuesday.
After their time in Indonesia, Bec and Chris flew to Singapore to stay at the famous Raffles Hotel, which has hosted guests including Michael Jackson and Charlie Chaplin.

Staying in the luxurious Palm Court Suite, the socialite and her former AFL star husband spent $1,899 to stay at the palatial hotel for one night.
Several photos showed a grand black and white entrance hall, with Bec and Chris posing beautifully under the huge crystal chandelier.
Described as an “old-worldly, elegant and glamorous” venue, Raffles offered some fantastic photo opportunities.
Bec also gave a sneak peek of the room she and Chris are staying in, which features a huge bathroom with a marble vanity and 24-hour butler service.
