Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been branded “absolute hypocrites” after skipping a major family event in the UK to head to Colombia. The Duke of Sussex, who notably did not attend his uncle’s funeral in the UK, was seen arriving in Bogota despite the country’s reputation for being a dangerous environment.

GB News presenter Patrick Christys said Her frustration, stating: “Prince Harry will miss his own uncle’s funeral in the UK due to security concerns. Instead, he will take his wife to Colombia, a hotbed of gang violence, murder and cocaine use.”

Adding to the criticism, GB News presenter Emma Webb commented“No kidding. Maybe Harry should pay reparations in Colombia for all the cocaine he’s done over the years.” Businessman Adam Brook also chimed in, commenting: “He (Harry) is as much of a hypocrite as anyone and she (Meghan) is a big diva.”

The controversy deepened when Labour Minister Bill Rammell joined the discussion and highlighted the dangers of Colombia. “As a minister, I went to Colombia three times and I only went with security agents because it is the most dangerous country in the world. And comparing security in the UK to Colombia is nonsense,” Rammell exclaimed.
