BBC Radio 1 listeners choked on their cornflakes on Wednesday morning as sexual noises played over the airwaves.
Greg James was joined by comedian Joe Lycett for his Breakfast show when they received a call from a listener called Lewis.
After a brief period of silence, the listener filled the dead air by loudly playing the sounds of a sex tape, causing an audibly irritated Greg to say, “Oh, okay,” and ended the call.

It is not the first time the BBC has been hit by the prank, with the same clip aired during an episode of BBC One’s Match of the Day last month.
Moments after coverage of Liverpool’s replay against Wolves began, the embarrassing moans began, leaving pundits visibly confused and viewers in disbelief, especially those watching with children.

The BBC quickly cut to a pre-match interview with Jurgen Klopp, but after returning to the studio noises continued to disrupt the show for around 10 minutes.
YouTuber Daniel Jarvis, from Gravesend, Kent, later claimed responsibility for the pornographic noises.
It is still not known how he managed to enter the Molineux stadium and stick the mobile phone to the set. The BBC is investigating that major security breach.

A video on social media showed the prank phone had porn sound effects as its ringtone, and Jarvis, known as Jarvo69 and BMWJarvo on social media, began calling it out on a live stream as coverage of the Cup began. FA.
Gary Lineker later told Newsnight that he found the joke funny and said he doesn’t know why the BBC apologized.
As the noises continued, Lineker maintained his composure and saw the funny side, as he joked, “Would you please stop making those noises, Danny?”, directing his joke at Danny Murphy.
Moments after the game began, Gary tweeted to confirm that he had finally figured out where the noise was coming from.
“Well, we found this taped to the back of the device,” Lineker wrote alongside an image of a cell phone. As far as sabotage goes, it was pretty fun.
The BBC apologizedto offended viewers’ and revealed that they were investigating the incident.
Last month, Gary Lineker couldn’t hide his embarrassment when the prank was made during an episode of Match Of The Day, with porn noises blaring in the studio.
