The ITV Sports presenter, who has been dating Adam, 28, for 10 months, took to Instagram to share the news.

Adam, who starred in Love Island in 2018 and 2022, also appeared on Celebs Go Dating last year but met Laura by cheekily DMing her.

The reality TV lothario proved the pair’s relationship has since blossomed when he called Laura a “rock star” with a sweet post on her birthday.
