Chris Appleton and Lukas Gage have reached a divorce settlement after their brief six-month marriage.
Kim Kardashian’s stylist, 40, and The White Lotus actor, 29, tied the knot in April 2023 in a wild ceremony in Las Vegas, after just two months of dating.
They separated in November and Appleton filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences,” with Gage later calling their decision to marry “manic and unhinged.”
According to a nine-page sentencing proposal and a declaration of default obtained by PeopleThe former couple asked the court to sign a written agreement waiving spousal support.
The plea of default was filed in California Superior Court in Los Angeles County on Thursday, June 6.

The documents also show that a postnuptial agreement exists.
A source said TMZ Last year, the separation “was not an easy decision for Chris to make, but he did everything he could to make the marriage work and needed to make the best decision for him moving forward.”
They were married in front of just six guests at Little White Chapel after applying for a marriage license in Clark County.
The wedding was only documented on the Hulu series The Kardashians the week before, with Kardashian, 43, officiating their wedding.
He also arranged for music superstar Shania Twain to serenade the couple.
In March, Gage appeared on WWHL, where he dismissed cheating rumors but implied that he had signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and could not speak further about the split.
Cohen admitted that he was surprised that Gage married Appleton after only dating for two months, as Gage admitted that it was “manic, absolutely unhinged.”

Gage and Appleton went public with their romance in February when they shared snaps from their vacation at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in Mexico.
In March, Gage said she had had a “six-month manic episode” when she married Appleton.
“I don’t know literally what was going on in my head, but we live and we learn,” Gage added, when Cohen asked, “What was the reason for your divorce?”
Cohen added that there were “allegations of cheating,” although Gage confirmed that “there was no cheating.”

Gage neither confirmed nor denied, just saying, “I declare the fifth,” while Andy mentioned that he seemed to be in love at the time.
Gage only responded by saying “Mania” when Andy asked again about getting married after only two months of dating.
“Yeah, that’s how I roll, I’m a little impulsive, you know me, but that was probably one of the craziest things I’ve ever done in my life,” he admitted.
He admitted, “I’ll probably have six other marriages” in his lifetime.
