Former US international Eric Wynalda has reportedly been named in an assault report involving a teenager after a fight broke out while he was coaching his son’s soccer team.
The 54-year-old, who made 106 international appearances for his country between 1990 and 2000, is accused of exchanging insults with a teenager from the opposing team.
According TMZCiting a Las Vegas police report, Wynalda called the boy a ‘b****’ and insulted his mother.
The coach, who is said to deny any wrongdoing, was at the center of the initial altercation, and an opposition player admitted to police that he pushed Wynalda after they clashed.
That led to a fight between the two teams, and the teen claimed he suffered scratches.
