A beloved television commercial featuring former model Tziporah Malkah speaking Italian has resurfaced on social media.

Fans have gone wild over the 25-year-old advert which was created for Australian brand Leggo.

In the advert, which originally aired in 1999, Tziporah, 50, formerly known as Kate Fischer, can be seen telling viewers the best way to prepare a pasta dish.

Dressed in a white shirt and pants and filmed inside an elegant kitchen, Tziporah’s dialogue established her reputation as a sophisticated, high-profile and highly sought-after socialite.

“I’m home tonight, so I’m going to have a quick pasta with this scrambled Leggo,” he tells viewers at one point.

“This ad lives for free in my brain,” she messaged a fan in the Instagram post.

“The fact that I can still say Kate’s (ad) word for word (makes me laugh),” another fan added.

The series of commercials ran for 15 years and featured many famous Australians, including rocker Jimmy Barnes and funnyman Peter Helliar.

Many Australians will remember Fischer (Tziporah) from her engagement to billionaire James Packer in the late 90s.

She appeared in the film Sirens, about the hedonistic and creative lifestyle of artist Norman Lindsay, alongside Elle Macpherson and Portia de Rossi.

After separating from Packer after a two-year engagement in 1998, she moved to the US and eventually became an American citizen.
