90 Day Fiancé alum Annie Suwan, 30, happily announced that she is pregnant with her first baby with husband David Toborowsky, 54.

They rose to fame in 2016 when their engagement was documented on the reality series, with David living in the United States and Annie still in her native Thailand.

Annie and David finally tied the knot in 2017 after she arrived in the United States, and in recent years they have been open about trying to conceive through in vitro fertilization.

The process was not without its obstacles, as David had already undergone a vasectomy and Annie suffered from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

But on Friday, Annie excitedly posted on Instagram that her efforts had been a success and “The test results say I’m pregnant!!!”

Her message was accompanied by a video of a joyful Annie shouting: “Hey everyone! Just wanted to give you an update because David just got an email. David, come on, tell him!”

“And we got a phone call: Annie is pregnant,” David said, as his wife screamed with joy. “Thank you all for the prayers. Your support has been overwhelming.”

“Oh, thank you all!” Annie said. “Thank you so much! Oh, thank you for all the love and support you’re giving me. I know, I can’t wait, you can’t wait to hear that. And again, keep sending prayers, because I still need them! I’m so excited.”

David and Annie burst into the public eye on the fourth season of 90 Day Fiancé, an often controversial show that airs on TLC.

The show follows international couples struggling to get married before their K-1 visas, which are granted to foreign fiancés of U.S. citizens, expire.

David faced a number of obstacles in getting to the altar with his Thai bride, including not being able to afford the initial dowry requested by his family.

Tensions rose further when some of David’s American friends spoke to Annie and expressed concern about his drinking.

When Annie moved to the United States, David was in such financial trouble that they had to live in a warehouse for a while, but they overcame their problems and got married in 2017.

They proved to be a hit with TLC’s audiences and eventually landed their own spin-off titled David & Annie: After the 90 Days.

Annie’s desire to have children was awakened in that series after she attempted to adopt her brother and cousin from Thailand.

David had three adult children from a previous marriage and had already had a vasectomy decades earlier, and Annie had PCOS.

In late 2022, he said he had left the decision to have more children up to Annie, and she joked that Entertainment Tonight that she didn’t want her husband to be her “great-great-grandfather” before she had a baby with him.

Annie took medication for her condition and David was able to successfully have his sperm extracted in February of this year for IVF.

The couple began the IVF process in January of this year and last month traveled from their home in Arizona to Los Angeles for an embryo transfer.

Returning to Arizona last week, David wrote on Instagram: “We both flew to LA and are now flying back to Arizona with a date. Hopefully everything will work out and we’ll know in 10 days or 2 weeks. This feels so surreal.”
