16 and Pregnant star Autumn Crittendon has died suddenly at age 27.
TMZ t reportsThe mother of three children died Saturday at a home where she lived with her children, her mother and her stepfather in Henrico County, Virginia.
Her stepfather found her unconscious in her bedroom and paramedics attempted CPR without success.
Autumn was reportedly battling health issues prior to her death, including diabetes, kidney problems and blood pressure problems.
It was also stated that Autumn had been ill recently, complaining of heartburn and wanting to see a doctor.
She appeared on the fifth season of the hit show which documented the birth of her eldest son, Drake, whom she welcomed with then-boyfriend Dustin Franklin.

She appeared on the fifth season of the hit show which documented the birth of her eldest son, Drake, whom she welcomed with then-boyfriend Dustin Franklin.
Autumn’s death was announced by her sister Misty in a now-deleted Facebook post on Sunday. The cause of death is currently unknown.
She wrote: ‘To my dear little sister, my twin, my rock, the mother of my babies, my refuge, my world, the only one who understood me and caught most of my childhood traumas, who endured it all with me, my Arnold.
‘Your life was stolen from you at such a tender age. You were gone before anyone could say goodbye… how much we love you… how amazing you are and how proud we are of you for staying sober through some of the hardest times in your life, how far you’ve come from where you were, how grateful we are to have been with you all these years, how proud we are of you as a mother, how thankful we are for the three little pieces of your heart that still walk this earth.’
Recalling the devastating moment she learned of her sister’s death, she wrote: ‘As I arrived, I saw all the vehicles, an empty ambulance… and I jumped out of the truck as soon as I could, begging the paramedics and police to tell me I was okay and that they were just working to keep me alive there… But my worst fear was confirmed and I collapsed on the road.’
“I went into the hallway to check the rooms and make sure you weren’t hiding there, but they were empty… silent… I went to where you were last and just stood there in disbelief… How was my little sister gone? I was talking to her.
“There’s no way this is real life. It’s not real. I pray to God that he brings you back to us… I saw the shirt you were wearing and I held on to it so tightly that I smelled it for a while as I stood there empty, broken, finally allowing myself a moment to fall apart while knowing the kids were okay and I was alone. I will hold that shirt close to my heart forever.”
“We will make sure these babies are okay. Their memory will not fade with time. It will live on in every moment of every day.”
Autumn also had another son and a daughter aged five and 18 months. Drake is now 10 years old.
