A mob of California teenagers broke into, attacked and robbed a 7-Eleven in a violent rampage as an employee desperately tried to fight them off.

In a video posted to Instagram, an aggressive group of teenagers, mostly boys, were pulling at the store’s doors as an employee frantically tried to stop them.

But the mob entered the Anaheim store using forceful and violent tactics. The employee was eventually hit in the stomach by one of the children and collapsed to the floor in pain, and the mob entered the store.

The employee grabbed a broom to defend himself and the establishment.

While one of the children, dressed in a gray sweatshirt, was seen threatening and fighting with the employee while the rest of the group vandalized and robbed the store.

An attacker tore the lighter display off the counter. Shelves were knocked down and members of the group climbed onto the counter, leaving the store in unrecognizable condition.

After taking one too many hits, the employee appears to admit defeat as he walks away from the group. He was left with a bloody nose.

As they leave the store, the teens are seen holding armfuls of chips, cases of beer and other items. They seemed happy after leaving the 7-Eleven destroyed and the employee suffering.

Most of them had their faces covered with hoodies or masks. At least one girl is seen in the video. She was recording while the boys wreaked havoc.

The looting-robbery occurred around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, according to KTLA.

But this is not an isolated incident.

Between July 12 and September 20, there were 14 different robberies at 10 7-Elevens in Los Angeles.

Police said 13 of these robberies occurred on Friday nights, according to a statement from the Los Angeles Police Department.

Footage was released of more than 40 teenagers harassing 7-Elevens, prompting disappointed parents to hand their children over to police.

Los Angeles police wrote: ‘In several incidents, witnesses were physically shoved by suspects during the criminal takeover of stores, with no regard for the safety of others.

“Although no physical injuries have been reported, several witnesses remain fearful for their safety after such aggressive and callous criminal behavior.”

Police are working to identify the culprits.

“They’re very brazen, they’re not worried about being stopped and they’re not worried about being seen,” said LAPD Detective Supervisor Samuel Arnold.

And he added: “They don’t even limit themselves to shoplifting. They come in and deliberately knock over expensive items, coffee makers, merchandise, sunglasses and completely destroy the store.’

The teens began these attacks right after “free Slurpee day” on June 11. The Retail Crime Task Force is still investigating the situation and is asking anyone with more information to come forward.
