Travis Kelce struggled to pull Kansas City Chiefs jersey over his head at charity event

This is the brilliant moment when Travis Kelce did his bit for charity by modeling one of his own t-shirts on stage, at an event alongside teammate Patrick Mahomes.

The two Kansas City Chiefs superstars were joined by a host of superstar names for the local event, where they auctioned off items for big bucks.

Not content with simply showing the crowd the worn-out t-shirt they were selling, both Mahomes and Kelce decided to put on their work clothes to show the audience… but for the latter it was easier said than done.

While Mahomes easily donned his No. 15, Kelce needed help from Hollywood icon Paul Rudd and Modern Family legend Eric Stonestreet to pull it off, much to the delight of the crowd.

In the end, they managed to give him the number 87 and the package for sale, which included the two game-worn jerseys, sold for an incredible $250,000.

The Big Slick charity event was raising money for Children’s Mercy in Kansas City and saw fans fill a huge auditorium for the annual fundraiser.

Kelce and Mahomes were back in Kansas City after Friday’s visit to the White House to meet with President Biden, when Travis took center stage again.

After the president asked him to come to the podium, Kelce joked that he was worried he would be shot if he did, after last year’s antics on the same stage.

After giving his speech, the president joked, “I’d have Travis come here, but God only knows what he’d say,” before inviting Kelce to step up to the microphone anyway.

“My fellow Americans, it’s a pleasure to see you all again,” Kelce briefly joked, a flashback to the previous year, when he attempted to take the microphone at the event.

“I’m not going to lie, President Biden, they told me if I came up here they would Taser me, so I’m going back to my place,” Kelce said, before shaking Biden’s hand.

Kelce also appeared to jokingly wear a Secret Service badge on his jacket to the Super Bowl celebration in Washington DC.

The superstar tight end is currently enjoying a busy summer traveling the world, having enjoyed time in Europe with girlfriend Taylor Swift on their sold-out Eras Tour.
