Tucker Carlson has claimed children in America are raised to believe Australia is a paradise, as the former Fox News host reveals his deepening fears about Joe Biden’s health.

The political commentator, who is on a two-week tour of Australia, said American citizens are “born with this strange love for Australia.”

“I know this is all kind of pathetic to the ears of an Australian, but I can’t overstate the extent to which every American child is told that Australia is Eden from birth,” Carlson told 2GB’s Ben Fordham.

He added: “It’s by far the most popular country in America, I’m in my fifties and I’ve never seen it, so I jumped at the chance to come see it.”

Carlson, who is attending the Australian Freedom Conference at the invitation of mining billionaire Clive Palmer, also shared dire warnings about the “chaotic” state of US politics.

During the interview, he also accused President Joe Biden of being “senile” and “deep in dementia,” amid a series of disturbing videos in which he appears to freeze or stumble over his words.

“I think it’s very obvious to everyone outside of the United States,” Carlson said.

“It’s rarely mentioned in the United States, which is an almost hallucinogenic experience to see something so obvious on TV that no one will recognize.

“But I think everyone in Australia knows it because we’ve seen all the videos here of Joe Biden looking lost and stumbling over his words.”

Carlson said he had known Biden for many years and liked and respected him.

“But the man I knew no longer exists, he is a “He’s a completely different, completely different person and he’s not there anymore,” she said.

He added: “There may be a lot of people in Australia who approve of Joe Biden’s policies, but I don’t think there is any honest person watching this from 8,000 miles away who can say that this guy is in his right mind.”

Carlson also accused current US President Joe Biden of being “senile” and “deep in dementia,” amid a series of disturbing videos in which he appears to freeze or stumble over his words.

“It is not, it is senile, it is not making the decisions of a commander in chief, those are made by its staff and, therefore, it is not democracy.”

Carlson lamented the “shocking” state of American politics and warned that his foreign policy risked World War III.

“We are directly involved in two wars (Gaza and Ukraine), one of which could easily turn into a nuclear war,” he said.

‘And that’s why there has never been a more dangerous time in the United States, even during the Civil War 150 years ago.

“We are very close to a nuclear exchange with Russia.”

The Australian Freedom Conferences with Tucker Carlson and Clive Palmer will visit Cairns, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and Melbourne from June 21 to July 1, with tickets available through Ticketek.

In April, Carlson signaled he would discuss Australia’s approach to the Covid-19 pandemic and the punitive lockdowns imposed by state governments.

“I have admired Australia all my life and watched closely from around the world as its government became authoritarian during the Covid madness,” he said.

‘I could not believe it. I still can not. “I know a lot of Australians feel the same way and I’m excited to meet them.”
