Dramatic new footage shows police officers standing over the body of the man who tried to assassinate Donald Trump, moments after he was fatally shot.
The video shows local police and a Secret Service agent discussing how Thomas Matthew Crooks had been identified as a suspicious person before he began shooting.
The graphic clip shows a pool of blood coming from the body of the 20-year-old, who lies next to the rifle he used during the shooting.
“So this is the guy,” the Secret Service agent tells a Beaver County Emergency Services Unit officer.

The body camera footage was released by Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley and shows the moments after the shooting, which left Trump injured and killed 50-year-old firefighter Corey Comperatore.
Gunmen opened fire as the presidential candidate was speaking at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, last week.
The clip shows him lying lifeless on the roof he climbed onto to take the photo.
In the video, the Secret Service agent is told that Crooks had been spotted by a sniper who sent his photograph to other law enforcement officers.
They then start talking about his bike, which was seen nearby.
“So, we’re treating this as a suspicious device?” the Secret Service agent confirms.
The camera then pans to reveal the rifle Crooks used in the shooting and confirms that it is the same person in the footage sent by the sniper.

The Secret Service agent also says that the people who were filming in the moments leading up to the shooting were also detained.
“Maybe they were involved, maybe they weren’t. The guys who saw them said, ‘They were filming us, then the guy on the roof, then they filmed us,'” he says.
“When the shooting started they tried to run away, isn’t that what anyone with a phone would do? I’m not saying they were involved or not, but I had no problem stopping them.
“I just want to stop these guys, find out what they know, who they are, whatever. I’m trying to get clear information to pass back to DC.”
Crooks was caught on chilling video lurking near the stage of the former president’s rally just an hour before he unleashed a hail of bullets.
The disturbing footage, filmed by someone in the crowd, appears to show the gunman stalking a building which he would scale 60 minutes later to get the perfect vantage point from which to target Trump.
The images were released amid a series of shocking developments that have raised further questions about the massive security breach that led to the attempted assassination of Trump.

It later emerged that Crooks had been at the rally for a full three hours before he began shooting, raising serious security concerns.
It emerged the gunman’s father called police on the day of the shooting because Crooks failed to return from what he thought was a routine Saturday trip to the local shooting range.
And it was revealed that Crooks was at the former president’s rally three hours before he opened fire, even raising the suspicions of the Secret Service during that time because he was carrying a rangefinder used by hunters to make long-distance shots.
But he was never arrested or questioned.
He later climbed onto the roof of the building he was loitering near, shot Trump and killed retired volunteer fire chief Corey Comperatore.
Crooks had told his boss he needed the day off work on Saturday and gave his colleagues one last chilling message: that he would return on Sunday.
