Podcaster tells Trump about the dangers of cocaine addiction in emotional exchange

Comedian Theo Von told Donald Trump how cocaine addiction had turned him into a “fucking owl.”

The podcaster was interviewing the former president and they were discussing alcohol abuse, when Von described how he was “just doing cocaine.”

“That’s vulgar and rude, isn’t it?” the former president replied, adding: “But don’t they do that anymore?”

“No, I don’t do it anymore, man. And I’m not going to do it,” Von said.

Trump asked him: “Is it too much? Too difficult to handle?”

Von said: “Some things started to make noise. I don’t know where we get them from in this country, but I started to feel like I was a mechanic or something.”

Trump asked, “So what you mostly turn to is alcohol?” and Von said, “Yeah, but what I probably want is cocaine.”

Trump asked: “Is cocaine a stronger stimulant?”

Von replied, “Yeah, so you’re way more high on cocaine than anything else you can think of. Cocaine will turn you into a fucking owl, man. You know what I’m saying? You’ll be on your own porch. You’ll be your own lamppost. You’re crazy…”

Trump said: “And is that a good feeling?”

Von replied, “Well, it’s a miserable feeling, but you do it anyway, just like the whiskey guy you’re referring to.”
