Travis Kelce has revealed that his pop star girlfriend Taylor Swift rejected any kind of special treatment when he attended his first NFL game last fall.
The singer set the Internet on fire when she was seen in a box at Arrowhead Stadium, alongside Kelce’s mother, Donna, while the Chiefs beat the Bears.
And the tight end has now divulged what that day was like, saying Swift “really won me over” with his everyman approach to the competition.
“The first game I went to against the Bears, I thought… I could probably prepare you with everything,” he recalled in the ‘Bussin’ with the boys’ podcast.
And she just walked through the front door. There’s nothing like coming down and talking to security to get her taken care of…she just said, “I just want to be around my family and friends and experience this with everyone.”
Travis Kelce shared on ‘Bussin With the Boys’ that Taylor Swift didn’t want special treatment at the Chiefs-Bears game in September.
But then she was seen laughing with another teammate midway through an NFL game.
“I was like damn, ‘She’s into crazy, man. She wants to support me and do stuff like that.’ I was like man, she really won me over with that.
Of course, Swift would become a fixture at Kelce’s games throughout the season, as he and the Chiefs repeated as Super Bowl champions.
Kelce has also been frequently seen at Swift’s Eras Tour concerts and talked about how he loved watching her “kill it on stage.”
“The concerts are electric, they are electric,” he added. And she just changed it, she just released the same album. So she incorporated that into the new show.
“She’s having fun up there, so I can enjoy seeing her in her element, killing it on stage. I love the showman, he has hits.
Swift even sat with Travis’ mother, Donna, while cheering on the Chiefs for the first time.

The Chiefs star even joined his girlfriend on stage at their third show in London last week.
While Travis is now a seasoned concertgoer at his girlfriend’s concerts, his brother Jason saw her perform for the first time last week in London and gushed about the experience afterward.
“Dude, it was amazing,” the former Eagles center said on his ‘New Heights’ show, which was recorded after he and his Kylie attended their first show.
“It was incredibly impressive,” he added. “Obviously Taylor is an incredible singer-songwriter, but then to be able to go up there and be a performer at that level for three and a half hours.”
Travis apparently took some acting notes from his girlfriend, as he sent the London crowd wild by appearing on stage during one of her shows last week.
He donned a tuxedo and top hat while performing with two of his backup dancers during an interlude between songs.
