The video was shared by a fan on Tik Tok.
Alabama was putting on makeup in the video, as she began to talk about her personal image.
“I have a situation where I photograph very ugly things and people say, ‘Oh my God, you are so fat and ugly,'” she said.
“And it’s like, I see what you guys see, but if you meet me in person, I feel like I don’t look like that,” Alabama added.
“But I’m on weight loss medication because I’m tired of being fat and photographing like a fucking ogre.”
Her mother, Shanna, revealed in June that she took the weight-loss drug Mounjaro following the death of her parents last year.
“I was in a very, very dark place. I stopped dieting. I stopped working out. I just ate like shit. I was so devastated and I missed my fucking mum and dad,” she told the BBC. People magazine.
