The Australian pop star, 31, revealed at a recent show in Melbourne that she had been exchanging Instagram messages with the Thor actor, 40, and joked that things were getting serious.
“It made me think, ‘What the fuck!’ Oh no. I just wanted to be her friend, but she’s going to see this and think I’m slacking off. And I am,” she told the crowd.
She cheekily added that she had really hit it off with the Marvel action star and joked that they were now moving forward in their relationship.
“Now we’re chatting… seriously!” he joked.
Tones and I’s hilarious comments about Chris were just a joke as he has been happily married to Spanish beauty Elsa Pataky since 2010, while Tones married Victorian footballer Jimmy Bedford in March last year.
