The singer and actress, 55, filed divorce papers to end her marriage to Affleck without an attorney in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday.

The actress had a lightning-like face as she left The Whitman, a luxury boutique condominium, in Manhattan.
Tuesday’s appearance came after months of speculation surrounding the relationship between the A-list singer and actress and the actor and director, 52, with their relationship troubles dominating Hollywood headlines in recent months.
In court documents, Lopez said she was waiving spousal support and asked the court not to give any to Affleck either, according to the outlet.
Lopez and Affleck “have been trying to come to an agreement for months,” according to the outlet, adding that sources close to the deal said negotiations have been “increasingly acrimonious” at times, with the two not getting along with each other directly.
Lopez filed the papers on the second anniversary of her nuptials at Affleck’s estate outside Savannah, Georgia, on August 20, 2022.
The perennial star was photographed that day in her native New York wearing a beige wool sweater and baggy blue jeans, with brown shoes and her hair elegantly pulled back.

Affleck was spotted in Los Angeles looking apprehensive six days later on Thursday, May 2.
Lopez is mother to twins Emme and Maximilian, 16, with ex-husband Marc Anthony, 55, while Affleck is father to children Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 52.
