The only supermarket chain Australians can trust to be open throughout the Easter long weekend has been revealed to be Harris Farm Markets.
The franchise has more than 27 stores across New South Wales and Queensland, many of which feature an in-house butcher and fishmonger and gourmet grocery items.
Unlike other supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths, Harris Farm will remain open on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
Most locations will open at 6am and won’t close until 10pm over the long weekend, making them an efficient one-stop shop for busy customers.

Easter Saturday
All stores in VIC, NSW/ACT, QLD, WA, SA, NT, TAS are open.
Most metropolitan stores in NSW, QLD and VIC are open.
Easter Sunday
VIC: Open except Moama.
NSW/ACT: Most stores closed.
Queensland: Open.
WA: Open except Esperance.
SA: Rundle Mall and regional stores open, metropolitan Adelaide and Millicient closed.

Woolworths is open, and most Metro stores are also open in VIC, NSW and ACT.
