There’s a new royal event of the summer – no, it’s not Wimbledon or Ascot, or anything with royal in the title – it’s a 90,000-strong concert in northwest London, Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.

The Bad Blood singer, 34, kicked off her London tour over the weekend with three sold-out shows at Wembley. She will return for five more dates in August.

And not only did the public fill the arena with their arms full of friendship bracelets and sparkles on their faces, but also European royalty.

The Prince of Wales was seen literally shaking it off while watching the singer perform live, before joining Prince George and Princess Charlotte backstage for a selfie with Taylor and Travis Kelce.

Meanwhile, Zara and Mike Tindall watched alongside close friends Natalie Pinkham and Holly Branson, and Princess Beatrice’s husband Edo Mapelli Mozzi was also in attendance – not to mention the Greek royals.

Taking to Instagram, TV presenter Natalie Pinkham shared snaps of Zara and Mike Tindall at the event, alongside Richard Branson’s daughter Holly, 42.

The royal couple put on a romantic display and held hands as they walked towards the London stadium.

Princess Anne’s daughter, 43, donned denim mini shorts and a sparkly jacket as she posed for a photo at the concert.

Meanwhile, former rugby star Mike Tindall, 45, sported a pink outfit and a T-shirt that referenced the singer’s much-loved song You Need to Calm Down.

The 45-year-old later put on a sweet display as he hugged Natalie’s daughter Willow at the event.

At the same event, Prince William delighted fans with his joyful ‘dad dance’. Footage emerged of exuberant William doing her best ‘dad dance’ ever as the singer performed her 2014 hit single Shake It Off.

The American pop star then posed for a selfie with the Prince of Wales and two of his children, Princess George and Princess Charlotte, at the Wembley Stadium show, along with the singer’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

While William’s youngest son, Prince Louis, remained at home with his wife Kate, he was accompanied by George and Charlotte among a crowd of 90,000.

The official X account of the Prince and Princess of Wales posted an adorable photo of William, George and Charlotte with Swift, with the caption: ‘Thank you Taylor Swift for a great evening!’

Shortly after, the pop star posted a selfie with the royal and her boyfriend Kelce to say: ‘Happy birthday M8! “The London shows are off to a splendid start,” in a touching message to the heir on his 42nd birthday.

However, a source claimed the royals’ trip to Wembley was not easy and there was “panic” over their schedules.

They said HELLO!: ‘They had a nightmare coming in, they were arriving very late but they had planned to arrive earlier so they could meet and greet Taylor beforehand because they knew they wanted to leave early.

“They only had 25 minutes to spare, so they did a quick meet and greet and then went up to their box before the show, and there was a bit of stress and panic about that because it was taking too long.”

The source also claims that Prince William and his children tried to stay at the back of the box so as not to attract too much attention during the performance.

On the other hand, Edo Mapelli Mozzi also proved to be a Swiftite. Edo shared a photo from Taylor Swift’s concert at Wembley on Saturday night, likely accompanied by his wife Princess Beatrice.

However, not only the British royal family has enjoyed the American star’s shows in London, but also the Greek royal family.

Greece’s Crown Princess Marie Chantal shared a photo of her family outside Sunday’s event with the caption: ‘Swifites.’

Meanwhile, rumors were swirling that the daughters of King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain attended the show in London.

Princess Eleanor and her younger sister Princess Sofia are believed to have attended Taylor’s show at Wembley over the weekend.

The socialite, 27, was filmed at Wembley Stadium in north London performing at the global superstar’s London concert with her friends.

Olympia, daughter of Crown Princess Marie-Chantal and Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece, got into the Swiftie spirit by waving her hands in the air and singing Blank Space, from her 1989 album.

She put on blue skinny jeans and a tan long-sleeved top that she paired with a black and silver cowboy hat.

It is believed that the princess chose this hat to match Taylor’s 2008 country album, Fearless, where she sings about love and heartbreak.

Olympia wore her signature short blonde locks with a straight blow-dry and wore bright red lipstick, Taylor’s signature shade.

She could be seen smiling and singing the lyrics to the camera: ‘I can read you like a magazine. Isn’t it funny that rumors spread? I know you’ve heard of me, so let’s be friends.
