Taylor Swift’s iconic backup dancer Kameron Saunders opened up about his recent onstage fall during her Eras Tour concert at Wembley on Instagram on Sunday.
The St. Louis dancer slipped and fell during her concert on August 16 in front of 96,000 fans while performing her hit song, I Can Do It With A Broken Heart, from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.
Kameron seemed to handle the situation with grace as she hurried off to continue the routine carrying a large fan of white feathers.
She has since taken to social media to jokingly describe autumn as “demure,” a playful nod to a viral TikTok trend in which users show off their routines in a “demure” way.
Sharing the video of the fall, it begins with a frozen image of him on the ground, accompanied by a voiceover saying, “You’re probably wondering how I ended up in this situation…”

The clip then played the moment in slow motion, showing Kameron walking behind Taylor while wearing a tuxedo before slipping and quickly getting up to continue the performance.
‘See how I didn’t trip the boss lady when I ate shit last night? Veryyyy CONSCIOUS, veryyyy modest,’ Kameron wrote.
The dancer, who danced as a backup singer for Lizzo before she landed her spot on the Eras Tour, confirmed he was not injured after the slip.
She continued: “I saw everyone like you, he is a true professional. He got completely into the choreography,” she said.
“I’m fine. I promise. It was just a little ego check in front of 92,000 people! BUT this was worth a laugh. Enjoy! #Mindful.”
Fans were quick to comment on the joyful video, including the Lover singer’s boyfriend Travis Kelce, who liked the post.
The Kansas Chiefs player was not at the London show on Friday, but his support for Kameron was evident through his online interaction.
Kameron and Travis have a distant connection other than Taylor, as the dancer is the brother of Travis’ former Kansas City Chiefs teammate Khalen Saunders.

Kameron has been a huge hit during the Eras Tour, as she has her own solo routine during the song ‘Bejewelled’, as well as having the only spoken line in Taylor’s entire show.
During Taylor’s previous stop in London during the Toru Eras in June, Travis joined Kameron and the pop sensation on stage.

Taking the stage for the interlude between Taylor’s performance of “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” and “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart,” Travis and Kameron “brought Taylor back to life.”
Travis wore an old-school tuxedo that included a white bow tie, tailcoat and top hat as he carried his pop star girlfriend in front of a packed crowd.
And after another memorable night, Kameron shared a post on Instagram in which he said he had “the time of his life being an absolute HAM” with Travis on stage.
“This was a full circle moment for me. I’ve attended countless Chiefs games with my family over the years to support my younger brother,” he added.
‘For three of those four years he was with the Chiefs we went to the Super Bowl and won twice… AN ABSOLUTE LEGACY!!! And now for you and I to share the world’s biggest stage with the boss lady… it’s full circle! The Saunders family loves you Trav! (Including our mom lol) Thank you for your heart, your kindness, and your humor.’
Touched by Kameron’s public display of affection, the three-time Super Bowl champion called Kam and his brother, Khalen, who used to play with Travis on the Chiefs but is now with the New Orleans Saints, “my favorites.”
She added: ‘From winning Super Bowls with Sir Bink @khalennotkaylen to having fun reliving Tay on stage with you the other night… and even spending time with Mama Saunders, cheering you on in Australia! More memories to come!’
