The 30-year-old fitness influencer has been recovering from a breast implant revision procedure to fix her implants after chest exercises caused them to separate.

And she continued to show off the results of the procedure this week when she opted to go braless as she enjoyed a night out with former Love Island star Matt.
She showed off her ample assets in a fitted white T-shirt from the Australian boutique, which she paired with casual sweatpants.
Tammy added a pop of colour to her ensemble with a small red handbag and opted for a high-glam makeup palette to complete her look.
The social media star looked as smitten as ever with Matt as they stepped out hand-in-hand, just three months before they are set to tie the knot in November.
Matt coordinated his outfit with his girlfriend’s, as he opted for a similar white and red T-shirt from White Fox, which he paired with black pants.

Earlier this month, Tammy revealed that she had undergone a breast implant revision procedure and documented her recovery.
She underwent mysterious surgery in late July and later confirmed it was to remove and replace breast implants she had eight years ago.
In a video, Tammy explained that she decided to replace them because she felt “insecure” with how they looked after they moved due to her gym workouts.
“I felt a little insecure for a while, the way they sat and didn’t do what I wanted them to do,” she explained.
Influencer watchdog account Updates AU later claimed of her surgery: ‘It was made bigger to avoid having to stand up as that would have meant more scarring.
“She had her surgery at One Cosmetic in Sydney. She is currently experiencing a lot of swelling and bloating due to the anaesthetic.”
Her surgery comes just months before her wedding, as she is scheduled to exchange vows with her partner Matt in November.

The couple rushed to start planning their wedding just weeks after getting engaged in December after three months of dating.
Despite concerns that they are rushing down the aisle, the couple told Daily Mail Australia earlier this year that they are “very happy” together.
“Very good. Very happy. We couldn’t be happier,” they said of their surprising engagement.
“We’re in the middle of wedding preparations. It’s not that hard. I mean, I don’t have to do much, I just have to sit there,” Matt added.
Tammy has been engaged twice before, first to influencer Reece Hawkins, with whom she shares son Wolf and daughter Saskia.
In November 2021, the fitness guru got engaged to restaurateur and former Ironman Matt Poole. The couple split in December 2022 and have a daughter, Posy, who turns two in June.
