Tammy Hembrow has admitted to undergoing cosmetic surgery after years of denying rumors that she had had anything done.
The 30-year-old fitness influencer has revealed that the undisclosed condition she was recently hospitalised for was a breast implant revision.
She took to Instagram over the weekend to share details of the surgery with her followers while wearing a pink post-op bra.
Tammy said she had her old implants removed eight years after she first got them and had new ones put in that were larger and closer together.
According to watchdog account Influencer Updates AU: ‘She made herself bigger to avoid having to stand up as that would have meant more scarring.
“She had her surgery at One Cosmetic in Sydney. She is currently experiencing a lot of swelling and bloating due to the anaesthetic.”
This comes after Tammy expressed concerns last Wednesday when she took a photo of herself in the hospital, but did not specify what the procedure was for at the time.
“I just had surgery. I’ll post a YouTube video about it when I’m a little more recovered,” she wrote in the caption.

Shortly after, Tammy shared another photo on her Stories showing a bouquet of red roses, Haribo ‘Tangfasties’ sweets, Oreos and a bottle of water.
There was also a note written by Tammy’s fiancé, Matt Zukowski, that read: “I love you, always and forever xox. Matthew.”
Tammy and former Love Island star Zukowski, 28, got engaged in December after just three months of dating and are set to marry in November.
Over the image, Tammy wrote: “Just coming home from surgery. I love this man,” followed by a happy crying emoji.

Tammy’s plastic surgery came just hours after the influencer shared more details about her extravagant wedding plans.
In a series of photos posted on her profile, she looked glamorous in a tight white dress.
She posed with her future boyfriend, who wore a white shirt that left his chest exposed as the couple shared a kiss.
Tammy expressed concern last Wednesday when she took a photo of herself in the hospital, but did not specify what the procedure was for at the time.
Tammy also shared a photo with her sisters, Amy and Emilee, who wore elegant black and mint dresses respectively.
In a photo, the bride-to-be also shared a selection of food, including oysters, arancini and sandwiches.
In the caption of the post, the social media star wrote: ‘Wedding menu tasting.’
The influencer, who has been engaged twice but never married, also expressed disbelief that her wedding is taking place this year.
“I still can’t believe I’m a bride of 2024,” she wrote.
