Strictly Come Dancing viewers claim Wynne Evans was ‘missing’ for most of Saturday’s Halloween special as he laughed off the recent controversy over dressing as the devil.
The Welsh star, 52, who has recently been caught in a ‘wandering hand’ incidenttransformed into a red devil with his partner Katya Jones.
As the spooky special began, hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman introduced the couples and judges and Wynne was seen wearing the dazzling red suit complete with red devil horns.
However, viewers quickly noticed that Wynne and Katya disappeared for over 30 minutes as they did not appear on the raised platform with Claudia and the other celebrities.
‘Where have Wynne and Katya not been seen with Claudia in the entire episode? Where are Katya and Wyn?; Are they deliberately keeping Wynne and Katya away from the cameras?;

Wynne and Katya finally appeared to perform their salsa, for which they earned a total of 31 points before disappearing once again.
When contacted by MailOnline, BBC representatives insisted that Wynne and Katya were in the ‘Clauditorium’ throughout the show, even though fans did not see it.
It comes after Wynne found himself in further controversy after a “vulgar” joke he allegedly made behind the scenes was “leaked.”
The opera singer reportedly joked that his double chin resembled female genitalia while putting on makeup backstage.
Insiders claim Wynne made the nasty joke before the BBC quiz show’s glitzy launch show and said it in a private conversation with a make-up artist.
A source said The mirror: “It was a bit of a vulgar dad joke.”
The publication claims that at least one other person was in the room at the time, adding that the makeup artist was not offended by Wynne’s joke.

It is said that while formal complaints were made, staff members were not amused.
The source added: “Wynne clearly meant no offense, but you have to be a little careful these days.”
A friend of Wynne’s is said to have claimed that Wynne’s cheeky comment was “a display of self-hatred” and told it confidentially to the makeup artist while others were present.

However, it has since been reported that the BBC gave the couple an extra companion as a result.
The Sun reported that they had extra eyes on them and that all crew and staff were asked to be on standby due to the incident while the next episode was filmed.
A source said: “Instead of just one, they had a companion each and generally the entire crew was on high alert.”
‘It was seen as a way to avoid other silly pranks, but also to protect Katya if the grabbing of Wynne’s waist wasn’t the prank they insist it was and was in fact groping.

However, despite this, the publication claims that Wynne and Katya “barely spent any time together off-camera” on Saturday.
Katya has defended her famous partner, declaring that he has been “portrayed as someone he is not”, while the couple insist their “wandering hand” incident was a silly prank.
On last week’s It Takes Two, Wynne admitted that he had seen footage of the incident and confessed, “I can see how people may have misinterpreted it.”
But fans are still not convinced and were left embarrassed on Saturday by Wynne and Katya’s ‘awkward’ return to the dance floor.
The couple took a quick step as they tried to shake off the viral moment in which Katya pushed Wynne’s hand away from her waist and rejected his attempt to high-five her.
Fans were left with a sour taste in their mouths over the couple’s VT before hitting the runway, calling it too “healthy” and “cozy” in a bid to put an end to rumors of their feud.
