Leaving his house on Monday to head to the gym, a tracksuit-clad Sam failed to manage a smile and was busy checking his phone as he walked to his workout.
The I’m A Celebrity winner, 31, was pictured crying at the TRIC Awards earlier this week, and had to be comforted by his best friend Pete Wicks, 36.

On Saturday, as rumours were circulating, Sam and Zara were spotted filming together in Chelsea. in video obtained exclusively by MailOnline.
It is not known what the pair were looking for, but they had arrived at the scene shortly after supporting Sam’s nephew Leo, two, at his sports day at Eel Brook Common, with his sister Louise Thompson.
However, in a series of social media posts from that day, Zara was noticeably absent from all of them, leading to speculation that she did not join the Thompson clan.
Zara took to her Instagram Stories the same day to reveal that the couple had grabbed two ice creams from a van during their outing.
Seeming to present a united front, she captioned a photo of them holding their cones together: “Feeling gutted because this ice cream truck didn’t have sprinkles.”
It comes amid reports the couple are going through a tough time, but according to a source, they are now trying to “work things out”.

Footage showed Sam breaking down in tears before Pete gently hugged him, appearing to give the reality star a pep talk.
According to viewers, the pair spent 30 minutes together in the smoking area and Sam burst into tears once again after Pete comforted him.
This also comes just weeks after Sam had a similarly dramatic conversation with his girlfriend, though the star has since insisted they were just having a “passionate pep talk.”
The couple had been pictured together at the Soccer Aid after-party, where they appeared to get into a heated exchange.
However, Zara took to Instagram the following day to address the images, saying she was giving the reality star “positive affirmations” after they appeared to be arguing.
