Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s running mate, Bay Area attorney Nicole Shanahan, admitted in a podcast released Tuesday that they are considering dropping out of the presidential race and endorsing former President Donald Trump.

Shanahan appeared in An episode of Tom Bilyeu’s impact theory and said she and RFK Jr. have two options: They could stay in the race and hope to get 5 percent of the vote to officially start a new political party.

“But we risk a Kamala Harris-Walz presidency,” the former Democrat said. “Because we’re taking votes away from Trump, or in some ways, we’re taking more votes away from Trump.”

“Either we walk away right now and join forces with Donald Trump and, you know, walk away from that and explain to our base why we made this decision,” he added. “It’s not an easy decision.”

The Washington Post reported Last week, Kennedy had attempted to contact Harris to see if she would be interested in offering him a Cabinet post in exchange for his support.

Democrats have said publicly that they have no interest in negotiating with Kennedy, whose famous relatives endorsed President Joe Biden and now Harris.

Shanahan said she was discouraged from supporting them by some of the Democrats’ efforts to prevent her candidacy from playing a “spoiler” role in the election.

“The DNC has made it impossible for us. They’ve banned us from participating, they’ve banned us from participating in elections, they’ve kept us off the stage, they’ve manipulated the polls, they’ve used legal warfare against us, they’ve sued us in every state possible,” he said. “They’ve even infiltrated people from within our campaign to disrupt it and create real legal problems for us.”

“The magnitude of the sabotage they’ve unleashed against us is mind-boggling. We’re still discovering new ways in which they’ve sabotaged us,” Shanahan continued.

Democrats have filed a series of lawsuits to keep the Kennedy-Shanahan ticket off the ballot.

A party spokesman has repeatedly claimed that Kennedy’s entire campaign was aimed at giving Trump an advantage.

Separately, Trump was heard on the phone last month suggesting he might throw RFK Jr. a bone.

Shanahan told Impact Theory that the former president “has shown a genuine and sincere interest in our chronic disease policies.”

“He takes this very seriously. So I think it’s up to us to sit down and see if we can actually make some changes,” the vice presidential candidate added.

She added later on the podcast that she has not been personally involved in discussions with the Trump campaign.

“I’m not in talks with Trump, I want to make that clear,” he said.

The 38-year-old said Kennedy would do an “amazing job with HHS” and then denied what the acronym stood for.

‘Human Health Services,’ he told Bilyeu.

It is the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

During the interview, Shanahan — whose claim to fame before entering politics was being the ex-wife of Google co-founder Sergey Brin — also hinted at what her next move might be: running for governor of California.

The Oakland native said she would be “happy to support someone great to run for governor of California so we can end this dynastic bloodline.”

“I would also consider running for office,” she said.
