Rav Wilding appeared to be deep in thought as he stepped out after his new romance with Rebecca Mason was revealed.
The BBC Morning Live presenter, 46, was likely expecting a call from his new love when he was spotted clutching his mobile as he left the TV studios in Manchester on Thursday.
Rav, who announced on Instagram in April that he and his estranged TV producer wife secretly split last year after 12 years together, appeared in good spirits during the outing.
He was dressed casually after his appearance on the daytime show, wearing a simple white T-shirt and black jeans.
Earlier in the morning, Rav was part of the panel that discussed Thursday’s topics of the day, but his new relationship with Rebecca was not mentioned.
Joining him on the panel were Dr Ranj Singh, TV presenter Rebecca Wilcox and DJ Tony Blackburn.

A source told the publication: ‘They actually first worked together years ago when he was hosting Ill Gotten Gains and they also have the same agent.
‘The entire Morning Live team knows they’re together, especially since Rav and Rebecca went to Michelle Ackerley’s hen party about a month ago.
“All of their co-stars are happy for them. Producers and other insiders have commented on some of their posts saying they make a great couple.”
Rebecca often appears on Morning Live to discuss online romance scams and fraud.
Addressing his marital split from Jill in April, Rav wrote on Instagram: ‘For those asking questions… @jillmorganx and I amicably separated last year.
‘Our goal is to co-parent our beloved and beautiful daughter.’

The couple married in May 2017 in Barbados and later welcomed a three-year-old daughter, Poppy.
Jill is a television producer who has worked on Loose Women, Top Gear and Children In Need.
Rav proposed to her after just seven months of dating in 2012 while they were on vacation in the Caribbean.
A month before popping the question, he spoke effusively about his future, saying: “It’s very early for us, but I’m very happy. I would like to have children in the future, yes. We’ll have to see what happens.”
However, they were forced to call off their nuptials after Rav suffered an injury while training for Splash! in December 2013.
The former soldier underwent surgery after tearing the hamstrings in his left leg during a somersault for the now-defunct ITV diving show.
His injuries prevented him from appearing on the Tom Daley-fronted show and he later sued the producers, claiming his career was derailed as a result.
Rav and Jill were due to marry in the summer of 2015, but were forced to postpone. Rav said: “I am heartbroken that Jill and I had to cancel our wedding.
“She’s been so supportive of me throughout this whole ordeal and all I want to do is show her my commitment, but even that has been taken away from me. It’s now on hold indefinitely until we can get back on track.”
