Tekashi 6ix9ine has been hit with a lawsuit by his ex-girlfriend, Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz, who accuses him of physical, sexual, emotional and financial abuse.

In court documents, obtained by TMZThe 28-year-old rapper’s ex-girlfriend claimed that during their relationship he “drugged her, abused her and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from her to fund his own luxury spending.”

She also alleged that after breaking up with him in August 2024, he “retaliated by posting explicit videos of her on social media.”

The mother of two said she has since deleted the “intimate and sexually explicit videos and photos” allegedly uploaded to X without her consent.

Diaz, known professionally as Yailin La Más Viral, also claimed that Tekashi 6ix9ine “manipulated, shamed, and coerced her into undergoing unnecessary plastic surgery and other cosmetic procedures.”

In the lawsuit, she accused Tekashi 6ix9ine of keeping her in a “drugged state to deprive her of independence and cause her fear.”

Diaz also alleged that he “exerted psychological, emotional and industry-access power and control over her.”

She is seeking $1 million in damages and has asked the court to prohibit him from publishing more explicit images or videos of her.

In response to her lawsuit, Tekashi 6ix9ine told TMZ that he was “speechless” that his ex claimed he stole from her after helping her when “she didn’t have any money.”

“All those jewels are mine… I bought that car she travels in… the penthouse shoe she bought in the Dominican Republic… I took care of her family, her daughter… when I met her she had a 2-month-old baby… I put diapers and food on the table for them,” she told the media.

Tekashi 6ix9ine continued to vehemently deny the allegations in the lawsuit.

In January 2024, Tekashi 6ix9ine (born Daniel Hernandez) was released on bail after a judge in the Dominican Republic determined that the evidence presented by prosecutors was not sufficient to keep him in jail following his arrest for domestic violence.

The rapper had been detained in Santo Domingo since January 17 after Wanda Díaz, mother of his girlfriend and rapper, Yailin La Más Viral, accused him of assaulting them both last year.

Viral contradicted her mother’s claims during a hearing before Judge Fátima Veloz and said that Tekashi never physically assaulted her.

Díaz, who did not attend the hearing because she felt ill due to a complication from cosmetic surgery, accused Tekashi of hitting her and Yailin The Most Viral.

Diaz spoke during a YouTube livestream of the Alofoke radio show moments after Tekashi was arrested while trying to leave the country and revealed that he assaulted them after she tried to stop him from hitting their daughter.

“I was with her once, they were arguing, he pushed me, he hit me because I got involved, because he hit my daughter,” she said. “They threw me to the ground. (Tekashi’s) security didn’t do anything. I was there telling him not to keep hitting my daughter and he kept going and I got involved.”

Tekashi’s attorney, Waldo Paulino, told a group of reporters outside the courtroom that Diaz was being dishonest after the judge called a recess to allow the defense to present additional evidence.

“The evidence presented against Tekashi is not valid as established by law,” said Paulino. “Wanda has told a lie against Daniel Hernandez.”

In October, Hernandez was arrested at a seaside hotel in the Dominican Republic after being accused of assaulting local music producers Cristian Rojas and Nelson Hilario.

Surveillance camera footage obtained by TMZ shows five people, several of them wearing ski masks. Police said one of the individuals seen in the video is Tekashi, and he can be seen entering and exiting the recording studio, where he and Yailin La Más Viral had been working.

A video that captured the moment Tekashi was arrested showed Hernandez wearing a black ski mask.

Tekaki was also previously charged in the US with using a violent gang as a “personal hit squad” but avoided prison after providing testimony against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, which operate on the US East Coast.

In March 2023, he was attacked by several people at a gym in Florida.

Tekashi 6ix9ine had a multi-platinum song, ‘Fefe,’ featuring Nicki Minaj in 2018. It peaked at No. 3 on the pop charts.

In 2015, Hernandez pleaded guilty to one count of involving a minor in a sexual act and received a four-year probation period.
