Fans weren’t impressed with the film’s title. Taking to social media, one fan wrote: “What a boring and unimaginative title,” while another added: “It must have taken them forever to come up with that.”

However, others skipped over the basic title to share their enthusiasm for the film, which is set to send the sport’s popularity through the roof.

“I can’t wait for this,” one wrote, with another fan adding: “Give out the Oscar already!”

F1 is set to hit theaters and IMAX on June 27, 2025 in North America and June 25, 2025 internationally.
