The Black Swan actress, 43, who recently stunned in a chic ensemble in New York City, joined her son, Aleph, 13, and daughter Amalia, seven, for some tasty ice cream while running an errand.
The Oscar winner shares her children with ex-husband Benjamin Millepied, to whom she was married from 2012 until their divorce was finalized earlier this year in March.
Portman flaunted her toned legs in a pair of high-waisted denim shorts and also sported a black tank top with a lace trim.
She put on a pair of open-toed Birkenstock sandals and carried a grey Dior bag over her shoulder to hold the items she needed during the daytime excursion.

The beauty was also spotted sipping on a cold, fizzy root beer from Boylan Bottling Company to keep cool in the hot temperatures.
Portman was joined by her two children as they grabbed ice cream while spending quality time together.
When it comes to beauty and fashion, she said Elle UK Becoming a mother earlier this year helped her appreciate beauty more.
She explained to the outlet that, “When I became a mother, I think I really started to appreciate beauty as a way to pamper myself and feel good and glamorous.”

The May December star also added: “It’s a pretty beautiful ritual to have these moments together.”
