A 23-year-old Taylor Swift fan who apparently disappeared without a trace was found dead in her car just days after moving to Maine.
Autumn Danielle Cleveland of Virginia was reported missing on Saturday. Two days later, she was found dead in her blue 2018 Mazda CX5 in Dayton, a small town in Maine about 25 miles southwest of Portland.
According to social media posts, the young woman had been staying at a rental home in Maine and when she left on Saturday morning, she had communicated with her father, mother and sister, according to the The Portland Press Herald newspaper.
The Southern State Police Major Crimes Unit is investigating his death but said the public is not in danger, according to a report. press release.
A spokesman declined to comment on whether her death was suspicious. Authorities said an autopsy would be performed to determine the cause and manner of death.

On Monday around 3:30 p.m., someone called 911 reporting a dead woman inside a parked car near Goodwins Mills Road in Dayton.
The person inside the vehicle matched Cleveland’s description, according to state police.
Her family said she was last seen driving a blue 2018 Mazda CX5 with Washington state license plates in southern Maine, according to the news outlet.
Autumn’s devastated parents described her as “shy, soft-spoken” and “anxious” with few close friends.
Renee Cleveland, Autumn’s mother, told the Portland Press Herald that her daughter was “very selective about who she let into her life.”
Autumn’s family said she “loved Taylor Swift, cats and all kinds of sweets, especially chocolate.”

“When she chose you, when she loved you, whether you were family or not, there was no other love like hers,” Renee said. “Her love languages were different than most. She showed you in small ways.”

Autumn’s sister, Brooke Cleveland, said her sister was “very selfless.”
“It didn’t matter if she was having the worst day of her life, if someone else was having a slightly bad day, she made sure she was there for that person.”
The couple loved spending time hiking together and always ended the day with ice cream.

The money will go toward “travel between Virginia and Maine, lodging, funeral and memorial expenses, living expenses during time off work, food and lodging, and animal care,” organizer Christy Clements wrote.

As of Saturday, nearly $1,900 of their $20,000 goal had been raised.
