Five-year-old JJ bravely called 999 when his mother Ruby Natalie (pictured together) suddenly fell unconscious at their central London home.

A mother who was saved by her “hero” five-year-old son after collapsing at home has shared the vile abuse she received online – all because she is an OnlyFans model.

Ruby Natalie, 30, began feeling dizzy on August 8 and decided to lie down and “watch a bit of TV” in her central London flat.

Just under an hour later, her youngest son, JJ, aged five, came into the bedroom to ask her for a drink, but when she went to get him one, he suddenly fainted.

MailOnline previously told how brave JJ was to grab his mother’s phone, dial 999 and remain “very calm” as the operator helped him put her in the recovery position and monitor her breathing.

Although the young man gave his address as a “tall building” in “London,” his actions saved his mother’s life that day. She was rushed to St Thomas’ Hospital in London, where doctors saw blood around her fallopian tubes and took her into emergency surgery.

But since sharing how JJ saved her life, Ruby has faced backlash from trolls who claim she “made up the story for publicity on OnlyFans.”

Ruby started out as a ‘Sugar Hut Honey’ at a nightclub in Brentwood, Essex, before becoming a glamour model at the age of 18.

At the age of 25, she registered on the adult platform OnlyFans, where she has been producing content intermittently for five years.

Thousands of subscribers pay £15.99 per month to access exclusive images and videos of Ruby.

When JJ’s heroic actions made headlines, Ruby did what any proud mother would do and posted about it on social media.

Posting an article on X, she wrote: “My baby. I’m so proud of him!”

This post has already been viewed 6.4 million times and has attracted hundreds of vile comments.

One cruel commenter wrote: ‘I once fainted and had to be taken to hospital.

‘Should I open an OnlyFans account and do makeup for the newspaper photographer?’

Another said: ‘So he saves your life and you ruin his by doing OnlyFans? Modern women.’

Others have suggested that Ruby made up the story entirely to promote her OnlyFans account.

Ruby told MailOnline: “Look at the scars on my belly! There’s a picture of me in the hospital bed with my son.”

“You can’t pay the National Health System! I didn’t ask to be taken to emergency surgery. It’s more than ridiculous.”

Ruby also runs a salon and works as an influencer, posting brand deals on her social media.

Addressing the trolls, Ruby said: “What does my job have to do with any of this? Obviously, I do OnlyFans. But then I also do influencer work. You know, I get paid collaborations. And then I also have a beauty salon. I do aesthetics.

“A job is a job. I pay taxes like everyone else.”

Ruby revealed that she had trouble sleeping after reading the comments online.

“I didn’t feel good that night,” she admitted. “Trolls comment that I look plastic and fake. That doesn’t affect me, because yes, I’ve had a lot of surgeries. I don’t hide it.”

The 30-year-old mother of one naturally listed the number of times she has undergone surgery: “Three breast surgeries, one nose job, one lip lift and one eyebrow lift,” she said.

“But to the comments that said I should have died that day and that I don’t deserve to live, that would leave two children without a mother. They would miss their mom.

Ruby lives with her fiancé Ansis, 26, and their two sons Leo, nine, and JJ.

She admitted that JJ doesn’t know what she does.

“That’s not a conversation I would have with a five-year-old,” she said. “He wouldn’t have a clue, you know?”

‘The only thing I’ve told him is that Mom is an influencer on her phone.

“Obviously, when he grows up and asks me, I’ll be honest with him. But that’s a conversation we’ll have to have in ten years.”

Ruby’s oldest son, Leo, is autistic. “He doesn’t understand any of it,” she said. “I’ve never had a conversation with him about it.”

Although Ruby has faced vile abuse on social media, many others have stood by her side.

One user on X posted: ‘Am I surprised by the fact that all the comments on this are talking about her OnlyFans and not the fact that her son literally saved her life?’

“I really don’t see why it’s relevant to comment on it when she’s clearly been through a difficult time and had to undergo serious surgery.”

Another said: “What a clever little man! You must be proud. Tell him I think he is a hero.”
