After a decade, Miranda Kerr says goodbye to her Malibu home.
The 41-year-old Australian model sold her six-bedroom, six-bathroom home for $4.115 million, according to TMZafter putting the property on the market for just under $4.5 million in February.
Built in 1960, the 3,713-square-foot home is steps from the beach, featuring a pool, spa, guest house and a patio with a beautiful ocean view.
Other details include a hand-carved Balinese door and classic Malibu design features such as high ceilings and walls of glass, as well as a large built-in granite fireplace.
Designed as an open space, the main living area has built-in bookshelves and includes an adjoining patio that is perfect for al fresco dining.

Kerr purchased the home for $2.2 million in 2014 after divorcing Orlando Bloom, to whom she was married from 2010 to 2013.
The pool and jacuzzi connect to a guest house with elegant arched windows, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
During the renovation, Miranda added a tub and shower to the master bedroom.
The Shawshank Redemption star James Whitmore owned the house until he died in 2009.
Kerr purchased the home for $2.2 million in 2014 after divorcing Orlando Bloom, to whom she was married from 2010 to 2013.
The couple co-parent their 13-year-old son Flynn Christopher.
The property’s sale comes after Kerr and her husband Evan Spiegel moved into the $180 million compound with their family.
Spiegel, 34, also listed one of his Brentwood homes for sale for $20 million and another in the same area for $12 million.
Kerr married the Snap Inc. CEO and co-founder in 2017 and they have three sons: Hart, 6, Myles, 4, and Pierre, 4 months.
The couple welcomed their youngest son in February, shortly after Kerr put the Malibu property up for sale.

“We definitely both feel like it’s really important to spend quality time together,” she told 90Honey Celebrity in April.
“So at night, we definitely have that relaxing time together after the kids go to sleep,” Kerr added.
