Melania Trump has criticized the Biden administration over the cost of living and what she claims is the silencing of her husband in a rare public statement.

She posted a black-and-white video on social media on Sunday, following Thursday’s preview of her upcoming memoir, leaving no doubt about where she stands in the run-up to her husband’s battle to reclaim the White House.
Melania began by saying: “The results of the 2020 election changed our lives forever. They affected our quality of life, the cost of food, gasoline, security, and even the geopolitical landscape.”
She then claimed that “America is more divided today than ever” before criticizing the legal system’s treatment of her husband.

She posted a black-and-white video on social media on Sunday, following Thursday’s preview of her new memoir, and left no doubt about where she stands in the run-up to her husband’s battle to reclaim the White House.
“It has become increasingly clear that freedom of expression faces significant challenges, as demonstrated by the efforts to silence my husband.”
The video shows Trump’s words being repeated as she says them before cutting to a photo of a blank white book with only the word “MELANIA” in capital letters, with a link to her website to pre-order the apparent new book.
The book’s promotional text reads: “Melania is the powerful and inspiring story of a woman who has defined personal excellence, overcome adversity and forged her own path. The former First Lady invites readers into her world, offering an intimate portrait of a woman who has lived an extraordinary life.”
The book also includes “stories and images never before shared with the public.”
Melania sells for $40, a signed copy for $75 and a “collector’s edition” for $250.
His book will be released on October 1st. It is available for Pre-order on Amazon for $30.
“Writing this memoir has been a deeply personal and reflective journey for me,” she said in a video posted to her social media accounts on Thursday.
“As a private person who has often been the subject of public scrutiny and misrepresentation, I feel a responsibility to set the record straight. I believe it is important to share my perspective – the truth.”
The 48-second video begins with the former first lady speaking directly to the camera. It also includes footage from her time in the White House, including her trip to Africa and her work on her Be Best campaign.

“Melania” will be published by Skyhorse Publishing, which has published Trump supporters such as former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and attorney Alan Dershowitz.

It is unclear whether he worked with a co-author and whether he will go on a book tour.

Earlier this week, in an exclusive chat with DailyMail.com, Donald Trump spoke about Melania’s role in the campaign and whether we would see more of her between now and November.
“I would like to, that’s not the point. This world is horrible for me,” he said six weeks after an assassin’s bullet went through his ear.
“It’s not as bad for Democrats as it is for me. And I wish my family didn’t have to go out and deal with some of the things that, as you know, happen.”
Melania, he said, cares deeply about the country.
“She will do whatever she needs to do, but my children have not been treated properly,” he said. “She has not been treated properly.”
Melania has chosen her moments carefully. She received a rapturous reception at the party convention in Milwaukee and issued a public statement after the attempt on her husband’s life, asking people to remember that love is worth more than political differences.
As far as Trump is concerned, it’s one thing for him to take the bullets and the blows, and another for his family to be in the line of fire.
“My kids gave up a lot of things and all they did was get accused of Russia, Russia, Russia and all these hoaxes, you know, misinformation, disinformation,” she said.
“I don’t want them to be affected by the horrible things that Democrats are willing to do.”
