A man who was the victim of a stabbing was rushed to hospital after being found with serious injuries in the car park of a McDonald’s.
Emergency services were called to the McDonald’s in St Albans, northwest of Melbourne, about 6am on Tuesday following reports of a stabbing.
The man, who has not yet been identified, was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

In a statement, police said: “The man is believed to have been involved in a dispute with another man before being located with his injuries.”
The McDonald’s is on St Albans Road, next to a community sports field and a small shopping centre.
The investigation is ongoing and police are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
