Matt LeBlanc was photographed leaving his home in Los Angeles on Wednesday, days after it was reported that his Friends co-stars were worried about him as the anniversary of Matthew Perry’s death approached.
The rarely seen 57-year-old star was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, keeping a low profile in a baseball cap and sunglasses.
The actor sparked concern from friends after his disheveled appearance earlier this month, according to a source at In touch weeklyafter TMZ I got pictures of him.
LeBlanc has rarely been seen since Perry’s tragic death in October 2023.

The rarely seen 57-year-old star was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, keeping a low profile in a baseball cap and sunglasses.
Prior to his sighting in early September, LeBlanc had not been seen publicly since December 2023, according to TMZ.
“No one is criticizing Matt for his looks or accusing him of leading an inappropriate lifestyle. That’s not what’s going on here,” the source said.
“But what worries Jen (Aniston) and the entire Central Perk team is that he’s a recluse these days and they barely hear from him from one month to the next,” the source added.
“She’s been in touch since Matthew Perry’s tragic passing,” the source said.

“But other than that, he just kind of stays hidden away and does his thing with no real interest in socializing,” the source continued.
“It’s just sad for everyone to see this,” the source said.
On LeBlanc’s remarkable change, the source said: “He used to be a very optimistic and happy guy, but now it’s like he doesn’t feel worthy of being in her company in any way.”
The source added: “It’s clear her self-esteem has taken a hit, and you only have to look at the boy to see he’s been physically taken aback too.”
However, the source said LeBlanc still has the unconditional support of his friends.
“Jen, Courteney (Cox), Lisa (Kudrow) and David (Schwimmer) all want him back on the team and smiling again,” the source said.
“The recent tragedy has taught everyone how short and precious life really is.”
Since Perry’s tragic death in October 2023, LeBlanc has rarely been seen; photographed in April 2016 in London.

Perry died on October 28, 2023 at age 54 after being found unconscious in the hot tub of his Los Angeles home.
His death was determined to be caused by “acute effects of ketamine.”
In August, five people were arrested in connection with her death, supplying her with drugs that caused an overdose.
Doctors Salvador Plasencia, 42, and Mark Chavez, 54, alleged drug dealers Jasveen ‘Ketamine Queen’ Sangha, 41, and Eric Fleming, 54, and Perry’s assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, 59, have all been charged.
