Prithviraj Sukumaran’s much-awaited film Aadujeevithamalso known as Goat life, finally premiered on the big screens on Thursday, March 28. Directed by Blessy, the film is garnering immense love from audiences and critics alike. Now, Blessy has shared a screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation that took place between him and legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam. Mani Ratnam shouted out to Blessy and the team and wrote: “Congratulations sir. I don’t know how you managed this. So much effort and it’s all on the screen. Beautifully shot. Different faces of the desert: harsh, violent calm, beautiful, vast and endless. Great job by you and Sunil. So much effort from Pritvi. Very scary to think that this actually happened. I liked the way the movie ends without getting too sentimental. All the best sir.” To this, Blessy said, “Thank you for your kind words,” along with a flooded hands emoji.

Blessy shared the screenshot on Instagram and wrote, “Thank you so much Mani Ratnam sir for appreciating and highlighting the dedication and efforts of the team put into making #The Goat Life the film it is today.”

For the Aadujeevitham in other words Goat life release, Prabhas, who shared screen space with Prithviraj Sukumaran in Salaar: Part 1 – Armistice, wrote a special message on Instagram Stories. The actor wrote, “My brother Prithviraj Sukumaran, what have you done!!! I can’t believe it’s the same person who played Varadharaja Mannar. Congratulations and all the best, brother. Looking forward to #The GoatLife with lots of love. Blockbuster is loading.” In reply, Prithviraj said, “Thank you Deva! See you soon on the battlefield #Shourangyaparvam,” referring to the sequel of Salaar.

After the film’s release, Prabhas shared another poster that read, “Keep shining, Prithviraj Sukumaran! I’ve seen your dedication firsthand and I know how hard you worked on this film. Here’s to many more well-deserved victories!” Read all about it here.

Aadujeevitham in other words Goat life is an adaptation of the 2008 novel of the same name by Benjamin. Besides Prithviraj Sukumaran, the film also stars Amala Paul and Jimmy Jean-Louis.
