Dunkin’ Donuts is facing a Bud Light-style boycott from conservatives after the brand reportedly refused to advertise on video platform Rumble.

Right-wing social media users have called for a boycott of the coffee chain after Rumble’s CEO claimed Dunkin’ refused to advertise there because “the site’s right-wing culture is too polarizing.”

The platform’s CEO, Chris Pavlovski, told X that Rumble reached out to Dunkin’ and its parent company, Inspire Brands, asking them to consider advertising on its site because its audience “overrepresents coffee consumption.”

Pavloski shared a screenshot of what he claimed was the network’s response.

“To be honest, (censored) I would be opposed to appearing on the current version of the platform – the right-wing culture of the site is too polarizing from a brand suitability standpoint these days,” it read.

Rumble features several controversial right-wing figures who have been banned from platforms like Instagram and YouTube, including conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.

Pavloski said Dunkin’ specifically wanted Ruble to stop hiring right-wing political commentator Steve Crowder.

Conservative social media users have been responding using the hashtags #BoycottDunkinDonuts and #GoWokeGoBroke.

Catturd, a prominent right-wing X account, wrote: ‘So companies like @DunkinDonuts are boycotting Rumble and X unless they cut out all the truth tellers. Anyone else tired of this nonsense?’

Bud Light faced a massive boycott after hiring transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney for a campaign.

Rumble has joined Elon Musk’s Twitter X, formerly known as Twitter, in a lawsuit against the World Federation of Advertisers and member companies Unilever, Mars, CVS Health and Orsted.

The advertising group’s initiative, called the Global Alliance for Responsible Media, is accused of helping coordinate a pause in advertising after Musk bought Twitter for $44 billion in late 2022 and overhauled its staff and policies.
