A woman has been charged after a man was allegedly stabbed to death.
Emergency services were called to a home in Maddington, 21 kilometres south-east of Perth city centre, at about 8.20pm on Tuesday night following reports of a disturbance.
The police will claim that The man was stabbed in the leg before the woman allegedly fled the scene.
Police performed CPR on the seriously injured man until paramedics arrived. Western Australia reported.
He was rushed to Armadale Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
The 49-year-old woman was arrested nearby shortly afterwards.

A shocked witness told Seven News the man tried to stop the bleeding from the wound with his hands before collapsing.
The Collie woman from the southwest of the state has been charged with one count of murder.
She is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday.
