Teresa Giudice’s husband, Luis Ruelas, is facing controversy again, just days after apologizing for his harsh comments about Margaret Josephs’ son.
The drama began after the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 52, and the businessman, 49, discussed living life with no regrets on Thursday’s episode of their podcast. Turning the tables.
During the conversation, Luis revealed how he encourages Teresa’s daughters Gia, 23, Gabriella, 19, Milania, 18, and Audriana, 14, to embrace a life without regrets, but his approach didn’t sit well with fans.
“Try everything, it’s not a bad thing or anything,” she began. “I tell you: ‘Go to the club and dance, wear a thong, wear a short skirt, show your legs a bit,’ because they are the most polite girls I have ever met.”
She continued: “Take risks. When we went to Greece last year, you know what I told my daughters? Wear a thong. Do it. Do it now, because I didn’t do it when I was young. Do it now, experience it now. And when they came out in a thong… I said, ‘You look fucking amazing! ’”

Another shared: “This is so creepy, this really crosses the line,” while another chimed in: “Why is this conversation happening? It’s sick, sick, sick.”
“What is wrong with this man that he says this and his mother is so happy and excited? This man should never appear on TV or be heard from,” added another follower.

While appearing on Tuesday’s episode of the World of garbage In a podcast, the Emmy-winning host, 56, admitted he would have gone “absolutely crazy” if he were put in Joseph’s shoes.
During the explosive RHONJ finale, which aired Sunday, Ruelas, 49, sparked controversy by telling his wife, 52, that he hopes “Margaret and her family suffer.”
The reality star went on to say that she wants Joseph’s “fucking son” to suffer “like he” suffered “and like other people in” his “family” have suffered.

Teresa seemed to agree that her sentiment was justified, as she claimed that her “children” had “suffered” as a result of Margaret’s behavior.
Since becoming a father to son Benjamin, 4, and daughter Lucy, 2, Cohen said he views the drama between the housewives and their spouses “a little differently.”
“Let me tell you something,” the Watch What Happens Live host said. “If someone I didn’t like mentioned any of my kids’ names… that’s what it would take for me to be Danielle (Cabral).”
She went on to joke that while Cabral’s limit is not to allow people to talk about her husband’s pecs, hers “would be if you mention my children in an unfavorable way.”
Casey Wilson and Danielle Schneider, co-hosts of the Garbage World podcast, noted that Giudice and her co-stars have “never attacked each other’s children.”
“Children have always been important to these women,” they said.
After shooting Joseph’s adult son, he called the 57-year-old fashion designer a “disgusting, vile human being.”
“She’s here to take advantage of everything that’s going on and she’s a complete piece of trash,” he continued. “If Margaret doesn’t apologize to you, she doesn’t even deserve for you to sit in front of her, Teresa.”

On Tuesday, Giudice revealed she regretted the comment in a post to her Instagram Story.
“The finale was very hard for me and I wanted to talk about it with you all. After watching the finale, I felt disappointed by my actions in bringing up Margaret’s son Joseph,” he confessed. “The reason it was brought up was because I have been dealing with a false accusation of calling Margaret’s son at work, which is simply not true.”
He continued: “Over the last year, Margaret has continued to say that I called her son at work and I have to deal with that knowing that I’m being lied to. Still, I know better than to bring up anyone’s child and it’s something I deeply regret, so I want to apologize and acknowledge that I was wrong.”
After the episode aired, Ruelas received a lot of criticism for going after a civilian who opted not to be part of the series and was not filmed for it.
“OMG. Luis saying I hope Marge’s son suffers is going too far,” wrote one user on X (formerly Twitter). “His son has never agreed, he has never spoken in the press about what supposedly happened or not, that was cruel.”
“Luis is a real moron to say that about Margaret’s SON suffering. HE’S NOT A GOOD PERSON!” added another outraged viewer.
Fans who normally don’t support Teresa seemed to be just as concerned about what Luis said as her usual defenders.
“I’m not even a fan of Teresa, but damn, couldn’t she have found someone better than Louise? I don’t know, maybe like attracts like,” one user added.
Another viewer put it quite simply: “Loui is the downfall of Teresa and #RHONJ. A complete creep.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Teresa continued her attacks on Margaret by belittling her husband as a “bloody plumber,” which angered more viewers.
“Marge being married to a plumber is an insult, isn’t it? Joe is one of the best husbands on the show,” wrote one outraged fan, via Page six.
“Teresa’s comments about Joe being a plumber etc are disgusting. Real men work hard for a living Teresa and tradesmen are above you,” another user added.
Despite Luis and Teresa’s plans to attack Margaret, she was in for a surprise when Margaret revealed that Jackie Goldschneider had been the first person to speak to Luis’s ex, with whom he had been involved in a lawsuit.
After the episode aired, viewers criticized Ruelas for her comment about Josephs’ son.
Even fans who disliked Margaret thought Luis’s comments were out of line.
But Teresa was much more forgiving of Jackie, either because they had a better pre-existing relationship or because she was unwilling to dilute her fury toward Margaret.
RHONJ will return for a final episode that will show the series’ stars watching and commenting on Sunday’s finale, with the women split into two different rooms to keep the warring factions separate.
Last week, Cohen said the series might need a “reboot” to cleanse it of toxic relationships and incessant fighting.
She has suggested similar moves in recent weeks as fans have increasingly complained on her radio show about RHONJ.
