Liam Gallagher is reportedly at war with his neighbors once again as he revealed plans for an extravagant new swimming pool.

The former Oasis singer, 51, has irritated his neighbors after he allegedly submitted plans to install a new swimming pool, according to Sun.

He is also said to want a high security wall and gates at his home in Highgate, north London.

But Liam’s high-end luxuries have caused quite a stir in Highgate Society.

They have complained that Liam’s plans would “create a very unfortunate precedent” and said they could be “seriously affected by any diversion of groundwater”.

The father-of-three owns a £4million mock Tudor mansion in Highgate and moved into it with his fiancée Debbie Gwyther earlier this year.

He also rents a £16,950-a-month Victorian house in the Cotswolds.

MailOnline has contacted the Highgate Society and Liam’s representatives for comment.

This is not the first time Liam has been involved in a dispute with his neighbors.

In May 2023, the musician, who was resting from a double hip replacement, allegedly collided with his neighbors over some overhanging trees.

British pop rocker Liam was apparently forced to pay to cut down the trees but, as they are under a preservation order, the process has not been easy.

The singer-songwriter had to submit an application to the city council before cutting down the trees.

A source told The Sun: “Liam’s life used to be an exciting whirlwind and now it’s become a bit of a drag.”

“A neighbor complained because his trees were sticking out and he had to ask permission to prune them.

“It’s been a boring few months, and Liam also had to rest due to his double hip replacement operation.”

In February this year, Liam revealed he had undergone major surgery to replace both hips.

Last year, Liam revealed that he needed to replace his hip joints due to arthritis as a result of a long-standing thyroid problem.

Taking to Twitter after his operation, Liam wrote: ‘Morning Rastas, I had hip surgery last week, everything went well and I RESPEK (respect) all the doctors and nurses who treated me. A big thank you to the A-team for getting us home safely.

‘You know who you are and Florence guru, I love and adore you. Riverdance here I come LG x.’

Before his Knebworth in June last year, Liam said he relied on painkiller injections to survive before his operation.

Speaking to Zoe Ball on The Radio 2 Breakfast Show, he said: “Man, the hips, they’re both destroyed, but I actually went to get these injections the other day, so now I’m excited mate, I’m like Luis Spence.

“I could ruin my career at Knebworth and start high-kicking like Jagger, and everyone says, ‘I want my money back, we’re just here to watch him stand still.'”

He previously said Mojo Magazine: ‘My hips are screwed… I have arthritis, bad.

“I went to have it checked and my bones are shattered.”

Hip replacement surgery replaces the damaged hip joint using a prosthetic impact and has a recovery time of approximately six weeks.

“The lady told me, ‘You might need a hip operation, a replacement,’ no way.” You’re okay… I think I’d rather just be in pain, which is ridiculous, obviously. I already know it. You just have to fix them.

He continued: ‘But it’s also the stigma, saying you’ve had your hips replaced… I can’t sleep at night because of the pain, tossing and turning.

“So I’m taking herbal sleeping pills and they’ve saved my life. One of them was out for seven hours, no pain, nothing.
