According SunA spoken word interlude was heard during the concert when Leigh-Anne was changed off stage, where she spoke about the difficult period, mentioned “crying” and asked her husband: “Why would you do this to us?”

They report that she said: ‘Exciting but dangerous. Six months of happiness and hell. A stolen kiss that becomes pure like us together. But how do you say it serves me well?

‘The images, the thoughts. The phone that once connected us is now a constant reminder. What are you doing? What’s going on? Why would you do this to us?’

He added: “All I could see was the whites of my bed’s mysterious eyes.” My duvet keeps me warm now. The patterns, the races, the crying? Our forbidden beginning.

‘What I know is that I love you. That we are a whole made of two. So I chose to open my heart to forgive. Resume. We are sun and summer. Destined to last.

‘I have seen who you have chosen to become as our two became four completing our circle. You chose us. You chose not to be a replica. You know how to be a father and I don’t know how you do it.

Much of Leigh-Anne’s debut EP focuses on her difficult relationship with Andre, whom she married last summer.

Last month, she opened up about the difficulties of her long-distance romance, admitting “I can’t do it anymore.”

Talking about the Table Manners podcast, Leigh-Anne explained: ‘We have a long distance relationship. He lives in Saudi Arabia and plays football there.

“So for the last two years we’ve been apart, basically, seeing each other maybe two days a month. To be honest, it’s been hell.

When asked if he is likely to move again when his current employment contract ends, he confessed: ‘I can’t do it anymore. I can not do it. I think we have to wait and see.

Leigh-Anne was asked if it bothers her that Andre lives so far away while she looks after her two children.

She said: “I try not to do it because I know what he does it for, he does it for us.” But it is very difficult to have two two and a half year old children.

Speaking about his contract in Saudi Arabia, he continued: “It actually ends this summer, so he will be home next week.” I’m so excited.

‘So family is a beautiful and valuable moment. But we don’t know (what’s next). But that’s the thing about being with a footballer, you don’t know where you’re going to be.

“I can’t move with him anywhere because obviously I can’t have a career where he’s going to go. I have to be local at home.

It comes after Leigh-Anne released her fourth single Forbidden Fruit last month, which contained lyrics suggesting she cheated on her ex to be with Andre.

She described the song as having “sweaty, sultry, reggae dance vibes” and revealed that it tells the story of when she and Andre first met.

And, if Forbidden Fruit’s lyrics are anything to go by, Leigh-Anne was less than faithful to her ex on her journey into eternity with Andre.

Leigh-Anne sings: ‘Where do I start? I woke up in someone’s bed, oh no. I have one I should stay with and one I should stay away from.

“He was doing it and I wasn’t really innocent, oh no… Devil in a dress, if you’d known it wasn’t right as soon as we left together.”

Leigh-Anne even hints that Andre cheated too with the final lyric: “I broke a couple hearts just to be around forever, if they mad, whatever.”

The stunning couple married in 2023 and share twin daughters, two, whose names they have not revealed.

Forbidden Fruit follows Leigh-Anne’s debut single Don’t Say Love, My Love and Stealin’ Love.

Speaking about the making of the song, Leigh-Anne shared: ‘I wrote Forbidden Fruit at a writing camp in Miami, and it’s actually about how Andre and I met.

‘This one gives me sweaty, sensual reggae dance vibes. The way the beat drops makes me so excited to bring this to the stage.
