Posing in a black baseball cap, Larry could be seen standing in an outdoor picnic area next to an electric panel waiting for water to boil.

“Since I was nominated for a Gold Logie, my life has become super VIP,” Larry joked in the caption accompanying the message.

“I’ve just found a plug socket in the van park so I can heat up the kettle for my instant coffee… It’s going to be a great day.”

This comes after Larry shared the shocking news that footage was circulating online showing the Channel Seven stalwart being “arrested” by police.

He shared the AI-generated fake images in an Instagram post in July.

“According to the internet, it appears I’ve been arrested twice since Logie’s announcement on Sunday,” Larry captioned his post.

Larry, known for his wit and sense of humor, couldn’t resist taking a jab at the scammers behind the fake photos.

“I refuse to give up. I will run the rest of my Logies campaign from prison,” he joked.

He also took the opportunity to poke fun at Gold Logie nominee Tony Armstrong.

“I know you’re behind this (scam), Tony,” Larry added.

Meanwhile, Tony responded: “Man, at ABC we’re all about honesty.”
