She rose to fame after flaunting her once-curvy figure in Tourism Australia’s famous “Where the hell are you?” advert.
But Lara Worthington has totally transformed her physique since the commercial went viral nearly 20 years ago.
The 37-year-old model covered up her petite figure as she went shopping with her mother Sharon and one of her sons in New York on Tuesday.
The mother of three stepped out in a pair of very baggy jeans and an oversized leather jacket.
She paired the look with black Adidas sneakers and a leather Prada bag.
The mother-daughter duo appeared to pick up more items from the Italian fashion house, with Sharon carrying a giant Prada shopping bag.
Lara has undergone a huge physical transformation over the years.
The queen of the catwalk has transformed her body with a combination of exercise and vegetarianism.

Lara, who splits her time between New York and Sydney, has long advocated the benefits of choosing a variety of forms of exercise rather than doing the same thing every day at the gym.
She said she relies on a combination of hot Pilates, hot yoga and occasional exercise to stay slim and toned.
“I take between 10,000 and 15,000 steps a day, just in New York City. You can do that without realizing it,” she told Body & Soul in October.
“I have a Pilates machine, so I watch all kinds of Pilates classes on YouTube. I like to alternate and then rest. I don’t work out every day, by any means.”

She also previously mentioned jumping rope as one of her favorite ways to get the blood pumping, calling it an “underrated” exercise in a 2021 interview with Russh Magazine.
Elsewhere in her interview with Russh, Lara said she has been following the Fluidform Pilates programme, which is popular with celebrities including Rita Ora, Georgia Fowler and Pip Edwards.
Lara has also spoken about her decision to become a vegetarian and previously credited her meat-free diet as one of the secrets behind her incredible physique.
“I’ve been vegetarian for about six years. In fact, the whole family is vegetarian,” she told Sunday Life in 2021.
“My children have never eaten meat… No, they have never eaten sausages!” she added.
During her interview with Russh on 2221, Lara admitted that becoming a vegetarian changed her life completely.
“After watching documentaries, learning from (film director) James Cameron and influenced by my husband, (my family) became vegetarian years ago,” she said.

James, who worked with Sam on Avatar, has been a vegetarian for several years.
“It has made a huge difference in our lives. Inner health is directly related to outer health and I have always believed that what we put inside is reflected on the outside.”
Lara and Sam began dating in 2013 and secretly tied the knot a year later.
They share three children, Rocket, Racer and River.
