Kim Kardashian flaunted her toned physique as she gave fans a closer look at her gym workout regimen for “leg day” on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday.

The 43-year-old SKIMS founder, who showed off her bust at Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July party, uploaded clips and photos in which she appeared to use a form of muscle stimulation on her upper thighs.

The mother of four works closely with celebrity personal trainer, Seneda Greca, who is also known for working with other stars such as supermodel Miranda Kerr.

In the first reel, Kim filmed only her legs as she stretched out on a mat with patches placed around each of her thighs that were apparently connected to a stimulation machine.

“How we do our leg days now @seneda.grace,” the TV personality added in the text towards the bottom of the video.

“Yeah, you can go a little higher,” the reality star was heard saying as her personal trainer continued to turn a knob on the stimulator.

“Shit,” Kim said after a few seconds had passed and her muscles began to tense. “Four is good. I’ll start doing squats and up it to six.”

Electrical stimulation is a form of treatment that can be used in physical therapy and also “helps strengthen muscles, block pain signals and improve blood circulation,” according to Very good health.

The following clip shows the businesswoman filming herself in the reflection of a mirror while surrounded by gym equipment.

She wore a tight brown sports bra and matching shorts from Seneda’s clothing brand Zentoa. According to the official website, the seamless shorts are currently priced at $59.99.

Kim also donned a pair of comfy open-toe slippers as she wore her dark hair pulled back and styled into a simple ponytail.

“Alright guys, this is how I do my exercises while working my thighs,” she explained to her 361 million followers.

“I don’t know if you’ve noticed. I’ve gained a healthy amount of weight, especially in my thighs. And this is what we’ve been doing.”
