Kanye West’s 4,524-acre ranch in Cody, Wyoming, has been sold.
TO property listingtitled Monster Lake Ranch, indicated that a sale had closed on the Park County ranch, although it did not specify the amount for which it ultimately sold.
The Grammy-winning artist, 47, bought the ranch in late 2019 with ambitious plans that included domes he said could curb the homeless problem, but he appears to have stopped investing in maintaining the property in recent years.
The Wyoming ranch appeared to be in bad shape lately, after West lost a series of lucrative businesses after making a torrent of anti-Semitic comments in the fall of 2022.
He Hayden Outdoors Listing to the ranch previously owned by the musical artist, who retained the property as part of his 2022 divorce settlement with Kim Kardashian, indicated that the property has six houses and seven outbuildings.

The Wyoming ranch appeared to be in bad shape lately, after West lost a series of lucrative businesses after making a torrent of anti-Semitic comments in the fall of 2022. The property was photographed last month.
The ranch homes have a total of seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms, according to the listing.
“This ranch is equipped with horse barns, corrals, and plenty of storage space,” the listing reads, adding that “the venue is perfect for weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings, whether indoors or outdoors.”
Additionally, a lake on the premises has “100 acres of surface water,” adding that “constant stocking and management has made this a world-class fishery.”
The listing noted that in addition to the lake and its amenities, other activities the ranch offers a venue for include “guided fishing, pheasant and partridge hunting, horseback riding trails, geology tours and photography at Rim Rocks.”
The ranch is located “approximately 8 miles from downtown Cody, Wyoming” and about 15 minutes from Yellowstone Regional Airport, according to the listing.
West initially put the ranch up for sale in October 2021 amid his divorce from Kardashian, then withdrew the offer in August 2022.
West listed the Wyoming ranch as his residence on his marriage license for partner Bianca Censori, 29, in December.
He was included in a “confidential marriage” license at the December 20 ceremony in Palo Alto, California, at Whispering Oaks Chapel.
The ranch was photographed in 2020 when West had several construction crews working on multiple projects.

Several buildings and domes were seen amidst the Wyoming snowfall in March 2023.
West, amid a decline in professional opportunities over the past year and a half following his anti-Semitic comments, has been divesting himself of a number of properties in his portfolio.
In April, West slashed the price of a dilapidated mansion in the upscale community of Malibu, California, last April from $53 million to $39 million.
Amid multiple renovations he made to the home that were not completed amid a row of contactors, the house is missing windows, walls and a roof, and has no electricity.
West has yet to sell the property, for which he once had big plans.
