Virginia Roberts Guiffre, who accused Prince Andrew of sexual assault, also claimed to have been abused by Brunel.
The Paris apartment where Andrew and Brunel met Epstein has been sold to Bulgarian plastic packaging businessman Georgi Tuchev, who traded it through Sotheby’s for a fee of £360,000.
A source involved in the deal told The Sun: “It is claimed that some of the money from the profits will eventually be used to compensate victims of Epstein’s sex ring.”
‘Clearly the history of the building did not help with the sales process and it sold for much less than the asking price.
“Its dark past will have something to do with it, as well as the fact that the building has long been considered a crime scene.”
The Paris source claimed socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving 20 years behind bars for sex trafficking offences, and Andrew were also guests.
Another investigative source said the apartment “remains of interest.”
Epstein is said to have told Andrew to treat the second-floor apartment “as if it were his own,” and most of his trips came after the sex offender was convicted of abusing young women in 2008.

Andrew maintains that he does not remember meeting Guiffre even though there is a photo of them together at Maxwell’s London home.
Both Andrew and Brunel are said to have spent time at the Paris apartment at the time of the alleged crimes, but there is no suggestion that the duke was involved in any crime there.
Police arrested Brunel in December 2020 as he attempted to board a plane bound for Dakar, Senegal. He told detectives: “I’m going on vacation.”

One of the accusations was that he flew three underage sisters from a housing estate in Paris to the United States as a “birthday gift” for Epstein.
The sale of the apartment comes after the Duke of York was thrust back into the spotlight last month after newly released court documents in the US alleged that Andrew had an orgy with underage girls and touched the chest of a woman while posing with a puppet of himself. .
Andrew has always denied all allegations.
