The fan, named Paola, was very emotional when she was presented with the gift before her family joined them for a photo.
The 24-year-old actress posed for a series of photos on the red carpet with her It Ends With Us co-star Blake, who looked stunning in an elegant floral dress — a recurring theme during her current promotional tour and her fifth outfit of the day.
Tamara Ralph’s elegant, floor-length fitted gown, valued at £30,000, featured signature Bardot detailing and a plunging front neckline that partially exposed her cleavage.
In one snap, the duo appeared to share a joke as they laughed in front of the cameras, before heading inside.
It Ends With Us centers on Lily (Lively), a flower shop owner who finds herself in the middle of a complicated love triangle between handsome neurosurgeon Ryle (Justin Baldoni, who also directs) and her hot high school boyfriend, Atlas, played with downcast tenderness by Brandon Sklenar.
But when Ryle’s violent outburst leads her to fear he may be an abusive partner, she turns to Atlas for help after they are reunited when she runs into him at a restaurant she works at.
The film is based on the bestselling romance novel of the same name by Colleen Hoover, which was a hit with readers after its publication in 2016.

After being delayed several times, the film’s release date was set for August 9 of this year.
The film’s release means married couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively will face off at the box office this weekend with their respective films: his blockbuster Deadpool & Wolverine and her romantic drama It Ends with Us.
The 47-year-old Vancouver-born actor and the Los Angeles native’s respective upcoming films are projected to have successful openings this weekend.
Deadpool & Wolverine, which is in its third week of release, is projected to gross $50 million during that period amid its run in theaters. Deadline reported.
Earlier this week, the Marvel Cinematic Universe blockbuster co-starring Hugh Jackman, Emma Corrin and Matthew Macfadyen hit another milestone by becoming the second film of the year (after Inside Out 2) to surpass the $400 million domestic total after grossing $12.2 million on Monday, according to the outlet.
It Ends with Us has started with strong pre-sales and estimates, according to the National Research Group, that it will gross $23 million.
Presales for It Ends with Us are forecast to open at $30 million, as the book it is based on has sold more than 25 million copies, with heavy promotion via TikTok.
